ClimateIreland is a small country which is split into Northern and Southern Ireland. Ireland is steeped in history and there are endless historical attractions, walks and sights to see from the wilderness of County Donegal to the ruins at Glendalough. Visitors can enjoy either the lively city life in Dublin, Belfast or Cork or the more rural laidback lifestyle in the counties of Wicklow or Kildare. The weather in Ireland can be mixed although as you might expect for a country in the Northern Hemisphere the weather is more favourable in May to July when there is less rain.
Dublin is Southern Ireland's capital city and offers a lively mix of restaurants, pubs, nightlife and historical sights. Dublin caters to all budgets and most attractions can be found on foot. It is divided by the River Liffy and on the North side are the popular shopping streets including Talbot Street and on the South Side is Grafton Street, Trinity College, St Stephens Green and St Patricks Cathedral.
Belfast is Northern Ireland's capital city and visitors can enjoy the fantastic shopping, restaurants, nightlife and cultural and artistic life with its vast array of monuments and attractions.
